Terms and Conditions:
  • The Contest shall continue in duration until 23:59 GMT February 28, 2006 (the "Deadline"). The wallpapers (the "Entry Materials") must be received by the Deadline to be eligible to win a prize.
  • Prize Pool consists of 1 iPod nano (2GB) for EACH category.
  • The best wallpaper of each category will be selected by the judges and the winners will be awarded an iPod nano.
  • Winners will be notified by email as soon as decision is made by the judges.
  • The same person may win in more than one category.
  • We may add more categories in the future.
  • There is no limit to the number of submissions per person.
  • bmp files are not allowed. If you've got a bmp file, use a program like gimp to convert it to jpg. Please do not simply change the file extension from bmp to jpg.
  • You are not eligible to participate if such competition is not allowed in your country / state.
  • You need to be 18 years of age or older.
  • The decision made by the judges is final.
  • The prize is non-transferable and no substitution by winner or cash equivalent is permitted.
  • You hereby warrant and represent that (a) you own all rights to all Entry Materials submitted by you; and (b) all such Entry Materials are original works of authorship on your part and have not been copied, in whole or in part, from any other work and do not violate, misappropriate or infringe any copyright, trademark or other proprietary right of any other person or entity.
  • Use of obscenities, racist, sexist, hateful or other material or depictions that, in our judgment, are inappropriate or offensive, will disqualify an entry.
  • We are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, incorrect, unintelligible or misdirected entries, which will be void.
  • By participating in the competition, you agree to be bound by these official rules.
  • We may amend these official rules at any time, in its sole discretion and without further notice, by posting to this web page an amended version of these official rules.
